Mr. Isaak has 14 years of experience in trading and investment management and has utilized these experiences to create investment strategies designed to bring an elite level of investment management to regular investors. Account Details
Fees & Account Minimums
- 2.00% of assets under management; 1.50% for Income Generator; 0.50% for Concentrated Positions
- 2.0% early redemption fee for managed strategies during year one, declining quarterly by 50bps (1.50% for Income Generator; None for Concentrated Positions)
- For Accredited Investors: 1.50% Management Fee, 15% Performance Bonus
- Minimum Investment for SMA's: $250,000
- Minimum Investment for Managed Strategies: $250,000
- Minimum Investment for Concentrated Positions: $3,000,000
Hourly Investment Advisory Fees:
- Non-Advisory Client $350 per hour (1 hour minimum)
- Non-Advisory Client referred by Current Client $150 per hour (1 hour minimum)
- Current Advisory Client $150 per hour (1 hour minimum)
